you are right, exporting tickets or worklogs is not possible atm. Exporting / Importing tickets via CSV isn't trivial and it's hard to find a standard.
It is already on our own whishlist, but will not be implemented in the upcoming release; unless someone does sponsor this feature.
In the meantime, this is a perfect option to build a app upon the ticket application to offer a CSV export in the format you need. You could do this in a really short timeframe (maybe 1 - 2h if you are familiar with the builder)
