Fabian is currently on vacation and probably (hopefully!) not checking his notifications :)
I´ve had a look at the file and the translations in there are incomplete. This means that many but not all labels are translated.
The good news however is, that our translation files are always structurally complete. This means that you can look at the file and everywhere where it´s still english, you can start translating. And yes, in some cases, having context might be useful - but in 90% of cases (like the new button) you can just translate without worry. If in doubt, skip it ;)
I am of the opinion that a mostly complete translation is worth more than no translation at all. If there is a mistranslation, it usually gets picked up quickly by somebody stumbling on it. And then it´s an easy fix.
