Using Ticket template fields in table lists and filters?

Hi guys - we have ₈ ticket templates defined, each having a few custom fields, referencing pre-defined template lists.

I'm not seeing a way to display those custom fields...as columns in the various table / list views. Any way to unlock that functionality? They're not available on the Options > Shown / Not Shown slider.
Similarly, any way to filter on such custom fields from templates?

Hi @mobrien, due to how template fields work, this isn’t possible.
If we added the template fields as optional columns, they would appear as generic labels like 'Text 1', 'Boolean 4', 'Toggle 2'...and i don't think this would be helpful for most agents.
