Error Session Timed out upon Login

I'm getting Session Timed Out every time i log in with any user.
The Config is turned globaly off (set to 0)
this happend last week, i also tried many versions and the last verison, the issue presists.

With "The Config is turned globaly off (set to 0)", do you mean the setting "Max. session time in hours" in the admin panel?

If yes, the issue makes sense; this setting controls how long session access tokens are valid for. If set to 0, access tokens are valid for 0 hours. There is no setting for "off" as sessions are by design temporary. If you want a very long timeout, you can set it to a high value like 87600 (ten years).
