Ticket > Template List > field visibility

I've created a Ticket template, which has a custom drop-down field leveraging a Template List I created.
Upon New Ticket creation, I do see the drop-down and make a selection. But once assigned agent opens that ticket, I'm not seeing the Template List / value referenced at all. Am I missing it? Thanks.

Hi @mobrien, thank you for reporting this. It seems to be a small bug that hides your template information when keywords or context are changed. We will prepare a fix for this shortly.

Hi @lsw-fabian - I just upgraded the Tickets app, and this does fix the issue. (sorry for the delay...I didn't get email notifications from your additional comments other than your first reply).

So how does this work:

will Tickets v386 get rolled into next installer (e.g. v3.11.9)?
or if I do a fresh (re) install with v3.11.8 now, will it pull in Tickets v386?

Good to hear, that the latest version does the trick for you. Currently you only receive 1 mail notification per thread, until you post a new answer, not the smartest notification system. Maybe we find some ways to improve this in the future.

Getting the newest version depends on your installation method. Downloading directly via the repo always provides the latest version. Installing 'Core company' results in an older version until the R3.11.9 release.
