Error while attempting to create user

Hi guys, I'm trying to create users (created a couple in the past with no problems) and I get the following error

Nothing in the console either. Any ideas?

Do you use only standard apps from the repository or do you build your own apps? If the later, do you have a user sync function?

Do you see any errors in the logs (s. Admin panel)?

Hi Gabriel sorry for the late response. We build our own apps. I'm not sure what a user function is, but I imagine it's related, here's the logs for the error:

This error confirms that the cause is a broken user sync function (what it is, is explained here).

Your screenshot shows the setting for a single app. The issue occurs if any app has a user sync function enabled. Could you please check all installed apps? One must have a user sync function.
