The application REI3 Organizations is quite barebone because it serves as a baseline for more or less or all other apps. Applications build on and extend REI3 Organizations to add context specific information. REI3 Customers for example, adds CRM related information to organizations - like what industries they associated with, who is serving as key account, what activities were tracked for them, and so on.
The details you suggested, would be quite specific to supplier management and probably best to be implemented in its own app (like REI3 Customers does for organizations that are customers). As we currently do not have a supplier management app, you could click-together an app like this yourself and add all details that would be helpful for your case. :)
