Currently there are no more documents about service reports.
A service report is used, after the ticket is finished - so that the requestor (or another person) has to review the accomplished work and sign it( if everything is ok). After finished the requestor will receive an individual protocol.
So it will not fit your case - but we are working on a workflow application that will work with other tools, such as tickets. With this tool you would be able to achive your case. I don't know when its ready, but most of the work is already done :)
