There is an issue I think in the latest version: I just upgraded to 3.11.1.5992.
When you click the "New" button to create a new context, it does nothing but only moving a little right.
I can create Keywords, Ticket Types, etc, but not context.

Tested this with Firefox and Edge for both Windows and Linux.
I have some observations, maybe I could make another post for it.
