Thank you very much for the quick response. We're really enjoying our test environment and we think you have a great product.
I completely understand the priority of requests. Thank you for considering it. I agree that having an area to create customized commands would be excellent.
We don't expose the ticketing system to the internet. If we are remote, much of the ticketing process happens through email and being able to quickly modify the ticket without logging into the dashboard has been one of our most used features in our old ticketing system.
We'll continue to test. Thanks again.
