Hi, I've been reading the documentation and looking over all the settings' pages but I can't seem to find the correct setting.
As it's currently set, when an agent replies to a ticket through Rei3 as an email, the receiver's email client doesn't show a "from name", only the email address it was sent from (e.g. "helpdesk@mycompany.com"). I would like to set it to a specific name for easier readability for end users (e.g. "Helpdesk Team").
This is an example from a competitors product:

But when sent through Rei3, "Helpdesk Team" gets replaced with the actual email address.
Is it possible to set?
