Hello and welcome to the forum 🙂
I´ve tried to replicate the issue but my imports go through without issue. This is my example CSV:
Key,Barcode,Serial number,Comment,Hostname,IPv4 address,IPv6 address,Manufacturer,Product type,Product name,State,Organization,Location,Bought,"Warranty, limited","Warranty, implied",Replacement,Assigned to
,,,,test-hostname,,,HP,computer/network,HP Probook 450 G9,operational,,,,,,,gabriel@my-domain.de
To your remarks about the product/product name: The field input on the computer asset form is named 'product' to refer to the entity 'product' instead of to the name of the product. In the CSV import for computer assets, it is looking for the product name (as in 'HP Probook 450 G9', s. above) to uniquely identify the product of the to be imported asset.
If you could share a CSV line, I could have a look at what might be wrong with it.
