CSV Assets Import Error

Hello Team,

New to the forum. Enjoying the product very much thus far but we're still in the development phase pre-deployment and something came up that I've been spending several hours attempting to troubleshoot. My question is in regards to the Assets: IT page. I re-worked our existing inventory data to try to match the schema of the 18 predefined columns and for whatever reason, I can't seem to get it to recognize the "Product" aka "Product name" column.

Reason I say aka is because in the manual entry screen we have "Product" which i able to select from a dropdown list of products that were added to the Assets: IT > Computer products screen:

However, the predefined schema lists this entry as "Product name"

And it appears under "Product name" when i add the entry manually to "Product" from the previously referenced drop down menu.

Regardless of how its labeled however and regardless of what i add to that field in the csv file, it insists on giving me the aforementioned "Error on line 2: 'Product' requires a value before changes can be saved.

Any idea as to why this might be or how to fix it?

I´ve tried to replicate the issue but my imports go through without issue. This is my example CSV:

To your remarks about the product/product name: The field input on the computer asset form is named 'product' to refer to the entity 'product' instead of to the name of the product. In the CSV import for computer assets, it is looking for the product name (as in 'HP Probook 450 G9', s. above) to uniquely identify the product of the to be imported asset.

If you could share a CSV line, I could have a look at what might be wrong with it.
