Please help me understand the n:m relationship.
(There may have been a similar topic, but I couldn't find it)

I can't figure out how to combine single relationships into many at once on a form.

There are two tables.
These tables contain data.
I can't combine them. Assign several parameters to one piece of equipment at once. If I do it one line at a time, it works.
But I want to understand how to combine several lines at once.
(I managed to achieve almost the desired result, but then when combining, in addition to what is needed, a line is also added with the name of the equipment but an empty parameter)
How to combine correctly?

I have some trouble following you but I think the issue might be that you are trying to create multiple records (parameters) on the same form, connected to one record (equipment).

If my assumption is correct, I have bad news. You can of course create multiple records on the same form, if they are joined by a relationship attribute. Unfortunately that only works for direct n:1 or 1:n relationships - and for 1:n only if you filter so that only a single record is returned on the form.

Reason being that a form can only ever create or edit a single record for every relation it has.

1:n & n:m relationship input fields allow you to connect multiple records (such as parameters) to one record (equipment), but this is just updating the relationship. If you want to assign additional parameters that do not exist yet, you need to create them on a different form - this can be done via an Open form action on the relationship input field. But it still needs to happen on another form.

I'll try to explain (I'm using a translator, so it might not be entirely clear):

There is initial data. (Equipment and parameters). They are created in their own forms in advance (each in its own form). Let's say form_e and form_p.
After they have been created, I want to combine them.
That is, add several parameters at once to one (already created) equipment.
The problem is that I don't understand how to make it so that it is possible to add several other existing records (parameters) at once to an existing record (equipment).
So that the n:m relationship is filled in.

I managed to get what I want, but I'm not sure that this is correct:
form3 in the editor and form3_1 as it looks when filled in.
In this case, I can match equipment and several parameters at once.
F0 and F1 are required fields.
F2 is the field where we also add other parameters that we want to see for the equipment (fields F0).
F3 just to see what we got when adding.
We can say that we want something similar but without the F2 field (we can get by with just the F3 field).

It looks like you are over-complicating things. To do what you describe you just need the following:

3 relations (names are just examples)
1. equipment (the equipment details, no relationship attributes)
2. parameter (the parameter details, no relationship attributes)
3. equipment_nm_paramenter (connects the previous relations with two n:1 relationship attributes, one to equipment, one to parameter)
Any number of forms to use these relationships, such as:
- An equipment create/edit form, with a n:m relationship input field for parameters (to select all the parameters is connected to the current equipment).
- A parameter created/edit form, with a n:m relationship input field for equipment (to select which equipment is connected to the current parameter).
