Being logged out

I log in form my computer, laptop and phone and when I do I always seem to get kicked from the other session and am logged out, why is this?

Auto-logout is not a feature as far as I know.

Could it be that you are logged out due to a proxy (eg. client timeout)? Or does it immediately happen when you create a new session on a new device?

gabriel only when I log in form another device, I resolved the proxy issue (I’ll make an article about that actually for future users)

To start troubleshooting your issue, I would need more details.

What is your infrastructure?
What versions of r3 are you running?
Do you connect to r3 via VPN?
Do you have REI3 Professional?
What browsers are involved (mobile / pc)?

1) Running on a Ubuntu 22.04 server fully updated, all recommended dependencies installed.
1) database running on its own server with full access etc to the server.

2)Platform version 3.10.1.5753
Version state Current

3) Connect through a proxy, but no vpn its open to the internet.

4) No I dont have professional.

5) Safari on MacOS and IOS.

Thank you for the details. To your points / to continue troubleshooting:

3.10.1 is not current since 3rd of April, though I don´t think there is a fix in 3.10.2 that would address your issue.
Can we try to replicate the issue without the proxy in between? If your system is running locally, you could try to access it via both desktop & mobile devices in the local network directly.
How exactly does the logout look? Are you logged out and then immediately logged back in? (this would be the default, if r3 looses data connection to the server). Or are you logged out and need to re-enter your credentials?
