We are aware of the state of docs, videos and examples. And while there are many resources available already, they are far from perfect and will not make it easy for newcomers.
The issue is that we currently do not have a lot of resources to commit to improving our docs, making videos, etc. Whenever we have a slump in project orders, and do not have critical features to add to r3, we spend time on these things. The last few months have been very busy however.
The more organizations support r3, the more resources we have to work with. And since we also support non-paying users via community channels, public issues and so on, there is less time left for everything else.
