Hi,
Having a bit of a hard time understanding the inbox is managed in the customers app.
I have set up the SMTP server settings, and if I view the Email form from the Settings menu, then I see my messages successfully:

However, when I go to the inbox form in the application itself, nothing appeara:

Am I missing something here? Is i t applying some sort of filter, do I need to specify something so that messages get routed into the shared inbox?
