Updating Applications failing 400

I am trying to update the applications in my instance and it is erroring out. This is post installing the newest version. it was erroring out before updating the platform version I assumed it may be the platform version and updated.

TRANSACTION 275227, request repoModule install failure (login ID 2), Post "https://store.rei3.de/api/auth": Bad Request

Update of application has failed. When updating a single application, missing dependencies can causes issues - please try updating all applications together to resolve these.

Error message: Post "https://store.rei3.de/api/auth": Bad Request

I also get the following errors if I turn off 'Allow untrusted certificates'

I have checked and my certificate is working. - I have another instance and that is sitting on a local IP address wuhich doesnt seem to have the same issues.

The error message "failed to verify certificate: x509: certificate has expired or is not yet valid" would cause any encrypted connection to fail. In this case, it does not complain about your certificate but the cert of "store.rei3.de".

I checked and the timestamp corresponds to the last time our public cert was updated. But this was in February. Our current certificate is valid until May 2025. If I did not know any better, I would suspect a caching issue.

Do you run a proxy inbetween the r3 server and the internet? If you open store.rei3.de on your browser in the same network do you get an SSL error?

gabriel I thought as much so I tried moving it back to the local IP. bypassing the proxy and it has the same issue. bypassing the certs in the settings then shows this:

Bypassing proxy, then restarting the service sorted it.

If restarting the service solved the issue, I would move it back behing the proxy, as the proxy seems to not have been the cause. I´ll have a look at the HTTP client component in r3 to check whether we might have a caching issue.
