Can I turn an incoming google mail into a ticket using REI3?

Hi all, me again, I would like to know if this is possible, I would like to link an email account to REI3 ticket application so I can receive an email asking for something, and then I may set some parameters to turn that " email ->from" into a ticket "requested for", then the "email subject" into a "ticket subject" and then the "email body" into a "ticket description", I was looking for something similar in previous discussions, with no success.
If your response is "no", I would like to know if there's a similar option if you know

Hi @ismaelDev,

what you want is a basic feature, included in the ticket system.
Steps to process incoming mails:

Add a imap account in the REI3 admin panel (be careful, all mails in the mailbox will be moved (not copied) from your mailbox in the REI3 system.
Inside the ticket system you have to enable your imap account and enter default information
(Admin\Mail settings)
If you need more advanced rules you can enable them in the tab 'Mail processing'

That should be it.
If you also want to send mails, you have to do the same procedure with SMTP.
