Hi all, me again, I would like to know if this is possible, I would like to link an email account to REI3 ticket application so I can receive an email asking for something, and then I may set some parameters to turn that " email ->from" into a ticket "requested for", then the "email subject" into a "ticket subject" and then the "email body" into a "ticket description", I was looking for something similar in previous discussions, with no success.
If your response is "no", I would like to know if there's a similar option if you know
