3.10 issue: editing "refresh every X seconds" on list options

Hi, in 3.10 I think there are a couple of issues with the 'refresh every X seconds' input.

If you backspace to the second character it changes the value to 10 (is that a default value). eg: if the value in there is 500 and you backspace the '0' '0' the '5' is replaced with '10'. Likewise if you select all and start typing '1' (to type in '120') after the first '1' it inserts '0' ('10') and you end up with '1020'.
You can use the left arrow to move the caret and insert numbers, however the right arrow unexpectedly moves the field focus to the close icon next to the field.

10 seconds is not a default but the lowest value allowed. This is to avoid unnecessary system strain. We should make that visible somewhere.

The other points are based on how the input is designed. We use a common component here which works the same in other places. I´ll add it to our list for improvements. Thank you 🙂
