Ticketing System Templates

Hi,

I am looking at the ticket templates, and I thought they would include custom fields, but it seems (unless I am wrong, which happens alot 😃 ) that its just a text filed with pre-entered text?

I would like to for example make a template for a change request and have the users fill in custom fields. I know I can create an app / create a custom form, if this is the only current solution please let me know.

Just to add to this, the template catalogue seems to be broken, when you click 'create ticket' it opens like this
meaning the user isnt able to see the whole form as its off screen.

Hi,
ticket templates do have custom fields & lists, after you created your template you have to scroll down a bit.

Your issue does look weird - i had a look but cannot reproduce it on Firefox or Chrome - which browser do you use? Even if i zoom in, everything is working as expected.

I am on Mac for everything (laptop, pc) and on phone so use Safari. old habit ive not broken.

I have a test system here (MacMini) and will try to replicate the issue. Probably not today, but I´ll let you know.
