Yes it is possible to do, but not implemented in the mentioned apps. PDF exports are complex beasts as there are many details that can be considered (like including task assignments, sub tasks, share settings, notes, and so on). Tickets and projects are more complex still.
If you are up for it, you can create a PDF export yourself by building on the mentioned apps and deciding what to include in your document.
