I'm testing out REI3 as an option for ticketing and knowledge base. I created a virtual machine and installed it on that machine. I am now trying to set up the ticketing system but apart from adding roles and adding a user to a team, I'm unable to make other changes. I'm in the ticketing application and I'm trying to configure it with things like email accounts etc. There doesn't seem to be a way to enter it. The interface seems straight forward but I'm clearly missing something. Does anyone know the steps to setup the ticketing system?
