FlowGuy1 Hi all, Using REI3 3.9.5.5550 and was wondering if there is a SLA feature built into the current release. The ability to set a expiry/ deadline to a ticket based on the criticality and or type?? would be a great reporting feature as well
lsw-fabian Hi @FlowGuy1 and welcome to the forum. Unfortunally SLA features are currently not available - We are planning to introduce this in the future, but i can not tell you how long it will take. Maybe we will find a sponsor for it, so we can speed things up 🙂
