Document approval

Hi, REI 3 team!
Regarding knowledge application...
We are interested to create a basic document approval process.
We need the approval from an specific user/s prior to publish a new document version. So, we will to define the approver for each document or a new role to do that.
How can I manage notifications to/from approver?

Hi @Andreu,
Currently the knowledge application doesn't have any approval features, but there are many ways to implement this.

We are working on a general workflow module - this will take a few months before we can release it, but you would then create a workflow which does release your doku after approval.
We could implement this feature directly into the application - we can prioritize such things, if we find a sponsor for it.
You could build upon knowledge and implement the things you need directly.
