Hello,
Is there a way when creating a ticket template to have the template create a Parent ticket and child tickets at the same time?
Example:
Parent ticket is for New Device. Child tickets associated with Parent would be 1. Device Ordered, 2. Device configuration and 3. Deploy Device.
Or when creating a ticket template is there a way under the custom input fields to have a toggle that would create a child ticket once that custom field is populated?
