I am sorry, jsPDF stopped actively fixing bugs or adding features a couple of years ago - just a few months after we have integrated it with r3. There are many known issues and we also raised some with them as well.
For years there was no development on jsPDF. In September they updated some dependencies (eg. done the bare minimum), but no real progress regarding bugs.
Due to limited resources, and because none of our customers are affected, there hasn´t been much priority on this issue. We want to move to another solution for creating PDFs in the future - but I cannot say, when this will be.
