gabriel Just the regular go-tos: Check the logs in the admin panel of r3. Check if your SSL certificates are valid/trusted. Check if your proxy attempts to block the download. Check whether your browser might block the download - the error message does not suggest it, but I would test it with another browser just to be sure.
