Attachment in REI3

Hi REI3 Team, I hope you all are fine:
1) I would like to know if thereś a table containing the information of an attachment, I'ḿ curious about the response of the GET method when a ticket has an attachment, as you can see in the example below

I created a ticket inside REI3 and I can see this information.
2) I also would like to know how to access the file location

To your questions:

You can get file information via a backend instance function: instance.files_get() will retrieve file data for all files connected to the specified attribute and record. There are multiple file management tables in the DB that are managed by the system - I would work via the official functions to get this data, but you can look at the r3 DB (schema: instance) if you want to.
The files themselves are stored in the r3 servers files directory. This directory is defined in the config.json file (paths->files). But they cannot easily be read by humans - you should work with the officially supported functions to access / handle files. If you need to download files programmatically, you can download them via URL:
- Example: https://my-system.local/data/download/FILENAME.EXT?attribute_id=ATTRIBUTE_ID&file_id=FILE_ID&version=0&token=A_VALID_TOKEN
- The capitalized words are placeholders. You will need to know the attribute & file IDs (can be collected with instance.files_get()), as well as get a valid access token. Tokens can be received via AUTH calls, like when you call a r3 API. The user associated with the token needs to have access permission to download the particular file.
