Ticket for requester

Hello, when i added only requester role for user and when want to create a new ticket i cant select the context but i already add context, and problem type or critically not appear too

I´ve had a look at it - and for me at least it seems to work correctly. One possible issue: Are you using one of the default languages when logged in as requestor? (en_us / de_de)

If not, please add the language under "Configuration->General configuration->Available languages". If the language is not available, the text will not be available in the language that the user has and the selection will be empty.
