With the implementation of 'tabs' in REI3.2, we have new design options to make large forms more intuitive and allow dev's to group information better. In Tickets v119 we used the new possibilities to complety rework the ticket form. Things like the description, worklogs, attachments, template information and other meta data switched into an single tab field. The result is a highly reduced user interface that focuses on the essentials.
In addition, the handling when editing tickets has been improved. With the new buttons 'Set active' and 'Set pending', pre-defined states can be selected faster.
Additional changes:
- Quick work log entries can now be saved directly without having to save the entire form
- The 'work log' form now scales better with high resolutions
- The menu items 'Requests' and 'Incidents' now contain tabs to reduce the menu structure
