Anything you create in your DB, which r3 does not control (like new attribute types), is not and cannot be transfered to a another r3 instance, while staying in the standard.
If you want to do this, you need to create your own version of r3 and deal with all consequences (see my previous answer). Then you can build any types you want and also implement code to transfer new DB changes in target instances. It´s a lot of work though.
If you let us know, what types you need, we can see if we can add it to r3 proper. It might take a while, depending on what we are currently working on and if its relevant to other users.
