I've been going through setting things up for our company (self hosted free solution) and for the most part, have been able to figure most things out. However, One thing I'm stumped on, is:
When submitting a ticket, there is an option at the bottom labelled "Requested for me". By default, this is enabled but if you disable it, it shows all contacts we have entered in our installation. Is there a way to either A) disable this entirely so it doesn't show in the first place, or B) at least restrict it so that requestors (non-admin) can only see other people from within their own company? We don't really want customers to go submit a ticket and see everyone we have entered across every company we do work for.
Similar bonus question, the option for Organization is available as a custom ticket field, is there a similar option to restrict that so that users can only select orgs that they are assigned to? This isn't as critical as we can work around this one if we just don't use the field, but would be nice if we could.
