I'm evaluating REI3 along with some other no-code, low-code systems. While looking through this community space, I appreciate the involvement of the REI3 staff, and openness to questions and suggestions. To me, that is an important part of selecting a development platform.
I thought I would share a couple of the things that would be helpful to me as I evaluate whether REI3 will meet my needs, and whether I can afford it.
It would be very helpful if the "Detailed Features List" had an indicator that showed whether a feature is included in the free version, or if it is only available with REI3 Professional. Hopefully this is something that is quick and simple to add.
For REI3 Professional pricing, I could use a little more clarity about "users" for calculating the monthly cost. I THINK a user is probably anyone who will log into an application. Or is it only for someone who will develop an application? Also, the Free-Professional comparison table lists "Concurrent Users" as unlimited for both versions. The use of the word "concurrent" makes me wonder if concurrent use has any impact on the monthly user count? My planned application would have 2 users who work with the system on a daily basis, but there are another 5 users who would access the system only 2 or 3 times a month, and not at the same time. And another 5 users who need access to the information, but they might login only 3-4 times a year. So the concurrent user count would probably be 3-4, rather than the 12 that may login over the course of a year.
I realize my use case is probably not normal, and may not justify a change in the description of users. But I thought I'd mention it.
Thank you for all your work on an impressive system!
