Hide list column for role

Not currently. You can, however, have 2 lists with different columns being shown based on a role (via form states).
Not visible lists are not retrieved so there is little perfomance cost.

Could you show an example how to do this? Couldn't find how form state works.

fogg we are using form states in nearby any of our published applications. You could for example look at the contact form inside the lsw_organization application. What do you want to achieve? Maybe i can provide you an sample state that does cover your needs.

As I want some dynamic content on the page I thought about adding multiple versions of some lists and hide the ones not relevant based on data on the current record.
