Inactivity timeout

Hiya,
Does anyone know where I set the inactivity timeout?

If I log in, and just go to a random page, like Organizations->Partner and just do something in another window on my desktop, REI3 logs me out after a little less than 5 minutes.

So right now the inactivity timeout seems to be set to a bit less than 5 minutes.

But I haven't found a place where I can change that, and sometimes it would be nice not having to log in all the time when you're working on e.g. a system and having to refer to a ticket in REI3.

Hi Tony, are you using a proxy or reverse proxy? If yes, you need to increase the time until disconnecting or disable it completely. This is necessary because the client communicates with the server via websocket.

Yes I am, I'm using apache 2.4.56 and I can't disable it since it handles some security requirements.

I'll have to continue searching for info on how to increase its timeout.
